In order to be better prepared for complex challenges in the future, it is essential to support training and exercise with state-of-the-art technology. If the training is tough and demanding, the deployment may be without loss of life, limb and health.
In the past, due to safety requirements and high costs, there were always certain scenarios that simply could not be practiced. Often it is not even possible to train forces in parallel, because there are only limited training area capacities. Existing simulators are often not satisfactory and credible. With XR technology, this has finally come to an end.

We will create an operational library with the theme "Lessons Learned" so that emergency forces can learn from the experiences of others. Training close to the operation should be the top priority for all forces. The worst thing an instructor can do to his subordinates is to misjudge the situation and not train them according to reality.
In the operations library, historically and security-significant operations and scenarios are shared with all interested parties for use according to the F3EAD (Find-Fix-Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate) principle common among special forces, and the findings and experience of the operations are critically evaluated in order to be even better prepared in the future. If an attack happens in London, we analyze what happened and immediately create a comparable scenario so that trainers who have access to the operations library can incorporate it fluently into their training.

#1 Uvalde, TX 2022
UVALDE 2022 - In the rampage at Robb Elementary School in the small town of Uvalde in the US state of Texas on 24 May 2022, 19 schoolchildren and two teachers were shot dead and 15 other children and a police officer were wounded. The 18-year-old perpetrator, Salvador Ramos, had previously shot his grandmother and was eventually killed in turn by the police.
#2 MANCHESTER, UK 2017
MANCHESTER 2022 - The terrorist attack in Manchester on 22 May 2017 was an Islamist suicide bombing that took place after a pop concert by US singer Ariana Grande at Manchester Arena in Manchester. The attack was the most serious in the UK and the first suicide bombing since the 7 July 2005 terrorist attacks in London.
#3 Halle, DEU 2019
HALLE 2019 - The Halle synagogue shooting occurred on 9 October 2019 in Halle, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, and continued in nearby Landsberg.[4][5] After unsuccessfully trying to enter the synagogue in Halle during the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur, the attacker, later identified as 27-year-old Stephan Balliet, fatally shot two people nearby and later injured two others.
#4 LANDSHUT, SOM 1977
MOGADISCHU 1977 -
Lufthansa Flight 181 was a Boeing 737-230C jetliner (reg. D-ABCE) named the Landshut that was hijacked on the afternoon of 13 October 1977 by four members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. The objective of the hijacking was to secure the release of imprisoned Red Army Faction leaders in German prisons. In the early hours of 18 October, just after midnight, the West German counter-terrorism group GSG 9, backed by the Somali Armed Forces, stormed the aircraft in Mogadishu, Somalia, with 86 passengers and four of the total five crew rescued.

Instructor
Weapons and equipment training is not scalable. That is, teaching standards and training personnel is always a bottleneck because instructors can only train a limited and small number of trainees at a time. If you increase the number of outputs without increasing the number of instructors, quality suffers significantly - training quality is diluted.
Infrastructure
At the same time, infrastructure is another bottleneck, which is often not available, far away or has limitations such as time constraints.
Automation and personal dependency:
For trainers, the situation often arises that different intensity needs are required for the trainees. This has mainly to do with different levels of comprehension. A situation arises like in mathematics class. Those sitting in the front solve the problems faster than the teacher can. Those in the middle write a 3 minus and those in the back understand only stationary. In general, it can be observed that the success of training and the achievement of goals also depend heavily on the trainer, on the didactics used to teach and on his or her personality. This leads to dependence on individual persons. If we look at it from the perspective of human capital, an institution loses significant value with the departure of a charismatic and established trainer - regardless of knowledge.
Autonomization: For trainers, the situation often arises that they have to hold trainings multiple times. This can be for organizational reasons (e.g., as part of a recurring training concept) or within the junior staff training. Performance analysis, analysis of target achievement and Pareto optimization are bottlenecks. In addition, no training can take place without trainers, as there is no self-learning component.
Trainers
Shooting School tools enable instructors to guide exponentially more trainees to the training objective. Software monitors and immediately penalizes safety violations and stores them for later analysis, evaluates individual behavior, and teaches skills in a sustainable manner.
Infrastructure

Automation and personal independence

Autonomization
Each trainer can be permanently freed from his repetitive tasks and gets free space for more complex assignments or for further development and knowledge gain.
